  • Swallow the food slowly.
  • After taking food we should not start working,we should give at least an half hour break ,but don't sleep.
  • Do exercise daily.

To do this first we need to concentrate o surya namaskharas and pranayama.There are three types of pranayamas:
  • Bhastrikha:Taking breath from one nose and even releasing from the same nose
  • Anuloma-viloma-pranayama:Taking breath from one nose and releasing from another nose
  • Kaphala Bhati pranayama:Only releasing one per second with two nostrils.
